Donna did a good job coordinating and communicating between the buyer’s agent, us and the closing attorney. As with most all real estate transactions there were a couple of hiccups that had to be addressed. Donna did so in a timely and professional manner.

I was assigned to Donna due to an injury to an initial agent, who required a medical leave. Donna turned out to be a terrific find, working countless hours on my behalf in a manner that gained my confidence and trust.
This was a complicated purchase that included a unique partnership and financing. It also involves a price negotiation that Donna managed. She was able to meet my price target and coordinate with my purchase partner, who was located in New York State throughout the entire process. The professionals she engaged to facilitate the process performed their tasks splendidly. In the end, she made this largely a stress-free experience despite being under the gun due to time constraints.
Trustworthiness is my number one concern when it comes to such a major decision. Donna met that criterion in spades. She also never said "no" and I am an active and demanding client. I'm not sure that there is anyone she couldn't find a way to get along with and support in their objectives. It was a wonderful experience working with Donna and I have already recommended her to a work associate.
